I really did my research before taking this on and I am extremely pleased that I selected Dr. Wu as my surgeon. She really takes great care in her work and is not rushed during the procedures. Because I took painstaking time to understand the procedures and how they should be performed I knew that Dr. Wu was using the gold standard techniques available now. So excited to see the final outcome but also very pleased with what I see now.

I have waited a very long time to take this step! The entire process with Dr Wu was wonderful. My husband is a doctor and made a trip to Dr Wu's office to interview them as well. He came back convinced that everything would be ok. Dr Wu and her team went above and beyond the customary care to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Of course it can be intimidating to use a holistic approach without being under heavy anesthesia but the recovery was amazing. And the results have been truly wonderful. Not one family member or friend knows that I had a face and neck lift but they all are saying how much younger I look!!! And I do. My husband knows and he is amazed at how much better I look. I had been working very hard to conceal my aging neck and face. It took constant effort! Now I don't have to think about it. My results are amazing , my confidence is back. I felt no pain and my revision was done under local anesthesia. She has an amazing surgery team and explains everything in detail, Johanna her office coordinator is absolutely wonderful and gets back with you to answer all your questions and concerns , you never feel left on the dark. They also have Saturday appointments which make it easy for follow ups for those returning back to work.

The results of my face/neck lift truly exceeded my expectations. Completely natural, not lifted and stretched, look to my face, neck and jawline. I could not believe I got my neck back, from the way I looked 20 years ago! Yes, it’s that good. The most surprising thing - how very little pain I had. No pain, at all, during the surgery. And I was awake. The most disturbing thing during the surgery was my own imagination. The surgical team knows it and they kept a light conversation going, which helped greatly. Pain after the surgery was not really pain, but a very mild discomfort. I’m two months out, incision are healed, swelling is gone. If I were to give any advice, based on my experience - if you are offered a urinary catheter for the time of the surgery, please take it. Dignity and comfort! If you are offered a recovery suit for the overnight stay - take it. Reassurance, safety, comfort. Seeing Dr. Wu’s kind face early in the morning, while still in bed, seriously made my day. If you color your hair, get it done before your procedure. I hadn’t and had to sport my roots for long weeks after the procedure. I so very glad I chose Dr. Wu.
